About the Presenter: Mindy Green is an esthetician and massage therapist who has worked in the natural products and complementary health care industry for 35 years. Her master’s degree in Health and Human Services was put to good use in the patient resource center for complementary health care at the University Colorado Hospital, Anschutes Cancer Center. She has founded and owned several herb and aromatherapy businesses, and is a nationally certified Registered Aromatherapist, a founding member of the American Herbalists Guild and associate editor of the American Herb Association Newsletter.
Mindy has served on the education committees of the Aromatherapy Registration Council and is on the board of directors for United Plant Savers. A prolific writer and lecturer, she is the author of four books and more than 40 published articles on the subject of health, herbs and aromatherapy. She recently left her position as Clinical Aromatherapist for Aveda and has a consulting firm, Green Scentsations. An environmental activist, she loves learning and teaching on the subject of all things botanical, and is dedicated to contributing to the awareness of global health.
