The Bylaws Committee reviews the current Bylaws and each member is invited to make suggestions about changes and clarifications that may be appropriate to the needs of a growing organization. The Bylaws Committee reviews, discusses and then votes on these recommendations and submits those chosen by the majority to the Board for their consideration, prior to member election.
