Karen's work focuses on results-oriented total skin management. She continues to educate others in the fields of antioxidant therapy, aromatherapy, corrective cosmetics and microdermabrasion. Ms. Flam speaks publicly on a wide variety of topics including Bach Flower Essences, Clinical Aromatherapy, AntiOxidant Therapy, Skin Care and Exfoliation Techniques, Spa Management and others. In addition to writing and publishing a number of articles, Ms. Flam conducts workshops and seminars throughout the United States. Ms. Flam is a board certified member of the AADP (American Association of Drugless Practitioners), NAFE (National Association of Female Executives), The Academy of Anti-Aging Research and active in the Day Spa Association.
