Tanya discovered her passion for essential oils and their unique essences over a decade ago in an aromatic bath she created for herself. The healing effects of that experience touched her on all levels. That “touch from Divine” made her realize that she needed to study with those who understood the unique, beautiful powers of essentials oils; the true scientists of this craft: the people who know, respect and teach “true aromatherapy.”

Tanya completed her NAHA Aromatherapy Certification Program (the first 200 hours of study) in Ithaca, NY in September, 2001, with Andrea Butje. Bob and Rhiannon Harris of Essential Oil Resource Consultants (EORC) located in Provence, France, wrote the chemistry section to this program. A week in the South of France with Bob and Rhiannon in August of 2002 was the beginning of her advanced study with the theme of traditional aromatherapy. The information taught was research-based from clinical studies published around the world. Advanced Certification Courses continued here in the U.S. with Rhiannon gave another 200 hours of training in Advanced Clinical, Respiratory Diseases and Cancer Study.

Tanya began her study of Spiritual PhytoEssencing with Dr. Bruce Berkowsky in 2009 and continues this course of study today. SPE studies round out Tanya’s interest in the “art and science” of aromatherapy. In 2005 Tanya’s 600 hour NYS Esthetics study helped her understand how to assist 60% of her current client base in the challenges they were experiencing with skin conditions. Tanya completed both Master Study of Reiki with Christine Lloyd-Newberry and continues training in Eden Energy Medicine. These teachings have assisted Tanya in combining all she loves, teaches and practices at PureBlendsEnergescents in Malta, Ballston Spa, and Saratoga Springs, New York.

Tanya’s work in Aromatherapy, Reiki, Skin Care and Energy Medicine continues and evolves through Divine Guidance. The Practice of these ancient healing arts gives Tanya’s students and clients the opportunity to improve their health on all levels.
