Dear Member,
Thank you for your interest in serving
as a volunteer for the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy
as we work together toward similar goals and reach success. Please
complete the online application
NAHA Volunteer Application (PDF) and return it to the
NAHA office. Once your application has been received, it will undergo
a review by the National Board of Directors. After review you will
receive notification of your status as a volunteer. If you are proposing
a new concept, project, or committee be created please allow for
additional time for the National Board of Directors to assess the
presented information as well as the need and benefit to NAHA. Once
a decision has been reached, you will be contacted in order to inform
you of the status of your submission. If you are interested in understanding
more of the duties, responsibilities and requirements involved in

opportunities” on our website. There you will find complete
descriptions for volunteer positions, along with requirements, guidelines
and benefits to volunteer members.
All volunteers
are entitled to the following:
Formal notification from the Board of Directors
Certificate of volunteer service
Discounts on Journal advertising and NAHA merchandise
Volunteer packet which includes: Policies, standards and general
guidelines
Announcements regarding policy and requirement changes
Copy of signed volunteer contract
If you have additional questions after
reviewing this letter, the application, and all website information
please do not hesitate to contact the NAHA office. The NAHA office
administrator will direct your inquiry to the Director coordinator
as well as the District Director in your area. If you feel there
are questions that have not been answered sufficiently, let the
NAHA office know immediately. Someone from the Board will contact
you by phone or email, whichever you prefer. Please direct any suggestions
you may have to the Feedback Form and any complaints to the Grievance
Form which are both located on the website.
We appreciate the time you have taken
to inquire about sharing your gifts and talents with the National
Association for Holistic Aromatherapy. We will grow stronger with
every volunteer who gives their best at all times and shares their
life experiences in action by investing their time, motivation,
inspiration, encouragement and enthusiasm in the work they commit
to do.
