We believe that all members and visitors benefit from basic rules regarding conduct while using the Services so that everyone feels free to share opinions and ideas. The free flow of ideas is jeopardized when a few individuals act irresponsibly. To help everyone have a positive experience, we ask-and you agree-to follow the following basic rules of conduct when using the NAHA sites

Use of the NAHA logo: We are developing a program to exchange banner ads with members and other individuals that may contain the NAHA logo and other NAHA graphics. In that case, use is acceptable when our terms are agreed to. Other than this, use of the NAHA logo without our written permission is prohibited. Do not copy our logo and use it on your site without our written permission.

Linking: We encourage all to link to our site without permission. There are no limitations to this program. Use of this site infers that you agree to our Terms of Service/Acceptable Use Policy, and is an agreement between NAHA and yourself. These Terms are governed by, and will be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to any choice of law provisions.
