Rhavda became the North Texas Regional Director for the National Association of Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA) in 1998. She does private aromatherapy consultations, teaches all levels of aromatherapy, lectures, and does private aromatherapy research. Currently she is teaching Aromatherapy for Seniors at Tarrant County Community College - Southeast Campus for 2003-2004 and working on a new aromatherapy book on herbal infused oils. The focus of her aromatherapy work is with elderly, children, and immune impaired individuals. Rhavda also has her own line of aromatherapy products that she grows, produces, manufactures, and markets under the name of Texas Grown Texas Made Rose Oil Products. This line of products includes Rose, Helichrysm, Oak Moss, and Melissa Aged, Long Term Herbal Infused Oils.

Rhavda´s Bachelor´s Degree is in Secondary Education (Speech, History, & English) from Dallas Baptist University. Her Masters Degree is in Public Administration (Urban Government & Economics) from The University of North Texas. She has also worked for The City of Dallas for 15 years with the last 8 ½ years spent as the Operating Budget Analyst for Dallas Water Utilities Operating Budget. She worked with 28 Division Managers, the DWU Director, and the City of Dallas´ City Manager´s Office. In the mid- 1990´s, Rhavda taught aromatherapy for several years in The University of Texas At Arlington´s Continuing Education Department, and for Fundamental U (university), a Fun Ed type Organization in Northeast Tarrant County while also teaching aromatherapy classes to shop owners and privately to individuals.
